Review guidelines
Before publication
Every review is checked by a moderator before it appears on the website. We usually moderate within a few working days.
How we check reviews
We check that a review relates to the provider, describes a personal experience and follows these rules. We look for signs of fake or coordinated reviews (for example, repeated texts, emails or IP addresses). We cannot confirm that every author is a customer of the provider. Reviews marked “Verified customer” are those whose authors gave us evidence of a relationship with the provider (for example, a screenshot of an onboarding email with personal data hidden).
What we do not publish
- reviews not based on your own experience, or written for payment or another benefit, including by the provider or its competitors;
- personal data of other people, account numbers, documents;
- insults, threats, discrimination, unlawful content or claims presented as facts without basis;
- advertising, links and spam.
We publish negative and positive reviews alike. We do not remove reviews because a provider dislikes them.
Ratings
The average rating is shown after at least 3 approved reviews and is calculated from all approved reviews with equal weight.
Reports and replies
Anyone can report a review with the “Report this review” link. Providers can send an official reply through the form; it is published under the review and marked “Response from the provider”.
